Turn offs: Very overweight people (a Little puppy fat is fine after all we cant live without a little good food every now and again), Unclean, Rude and Pushy people. Oh and Barbie and Ken Wanna be's, Get real people - No one is perfect... and after all beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
Turn on's: Normal down to earth People who are just out to have a great time, who earn an honest living (pref have children so they understand what is actually involved). And most of all both partners want to be involved in the swinging scene. No point if he does and she doesn't but will just to keep him happy.
